  1. Working on the project - Construction of Aaryavart Skies in Ahmedabad. This project includes construction of two residential towers of 4BHK apartments (55 No.) involving basement for parking, ground plus twelve floors and club house.  
  2. Key deliverables included preparing work breakdown structure, coordinating in overall administration and project execution plans with sub-contractors.
  3. Liaising with architect and consultants for construction details, reviewing progress of sub-contractors and listing the resource needs of the project. Also studying drawings from Architect & Consultants and bringing to their notice discrepancies and getting them rectified.
  4. Maintaining drawing register & keeping track of revisions in drawings issued for construction.
  5. Issuing drawings received from architect / consultant for execution to contractor’s engineer. 
  6. Working out quantities of different materials required for different items of work from drawings issued for construction. Also working out quantities of different grades of Ready Mix Concrete.
  7. Material procurement planning including obtaining rates of different materials from manufacturers, suppliers & vendors and preparing comparative statement of various quotes.
  8. Preparing statement of payment to be made to labour agency for r.c.c. frame structure for different slab levels and preparing cost break up of additional items not included in the labour contract.
  9. Meeting architect and other consultant i.e. structural consultant, plumbing and electrical consultant for drawing related queries and other issues.
  10. Checking bills submitted by various labour contractors for trades such as masonary, plaster, flooring and plumbing. Preparing a statement of labour cost for a typical floor of tower construction for these different trades and submitting to Project Management Consultant.
